House Wash/Softwashing
House wash service entails a softwashing of all vertical sides of the property. We apply a chemical mix to kill organic growth and then we rinse it off. Our House Wash/Soft Wash service includes the siding, outside of gutters, shutters, fascia, soffits, skirting and doors.
Why Softwash?
Certain surfaces, such as siding, can be damaged by high pressure from a pressure washer. Softwashing is applying a chemical solution to "softly" wash away the dirt and grime without applying harsh pressure.
